Quercus Nursery is authorised by DEFRA to issue Plant Passports (Plant Passport No. UK GB123405) and is subject to annual inspections to ensure plant health and compliance.

Dave Baldwin is the dedicated person responsible for plant health at Quercus and is APHA’s (Animal and Plant Health Agency) direct contact within the business.

He keeps up to date with all the latest legislations and changes for importing stock from European and non-European countries to reduce the risk of bringing in and spreading any regulated pest and diseases.

Quercus Nursery has a wide range of plant suppliers across the UK and Europe.

As an importer, we are required by law to notify APHA whilst importing certain stock lines.

Our plants can be traced forward to all of our customers and traced back to the supplier / country.  All stock is checked on arrival and before delivery takes place.
